Local Environment Plan

Council is currently in the process of formulating a revised and comprehensive Local Environment Plan (LEP) to provide a framework for future development.
As a prelude to the preparation of a new Local Environmental Plan (LEP) a Strategy has been completed and is available to interested persons/groups for perusal. The Strategy documents statistical information on Gundagai Shire and suggests possible future directions for the Shire.
Copies of the Strategy are available for perusal from Council Offices or Gundagai Library.
Council is now in the process of preparing a draft LEP for comment.
