Gundagai Web Services

Gundagai Library now offers these great on line services for its members.

Webopac is the Riverina Regional Libraries catolog service where you can search the whole area for your book and then reserve and have it delivered to your local branch.

YourTutor is a free Online Turtoring Service - Library members can now get help from trained, professional tutors

Available for students from Years 4 through to 12
Available Monday to Friday 4-8pm
Subject areas covered include: Maths, English, Science, Research and Study Skills
Students first select their subject and year level
They then enter the Online Classroom where they are connected to a live tutor
The student ask their question and the tutor works through it with the student

On Line Databases are available to all Gundagai Library members through the RRL Website. These databases range from Medical to Encyclopeadias to Newspapers and Standards papers. They are a great resource that is provided at your fingertips as most of them can be accessed from your own home. Ancestry.com is one that is available exclusivley from the library and you can access it with the database computer in the Family History room.
