Management Plan and Policies

Council's Management Plan is adopted each June for the following financial year.
The Plan sets Council's vision for its Community, its goals to achieve in attaining that vision and performance measures to monitor its success in achieving those goals.
The Budget for the following year is adopted as part of the Plan which includes the setting of fees and charges for the year. The budget also contains projections for the two years following its application.
